And that's why Jay was on the track. To give it a boost, not because it was such a monumental song.
That song was a hit by itself, his feature only elevated it more.

It was a hit but to me you made it seem like it was such a masterpiece that Jay HAD to jump on it. It was a business move to generate more money. That song was a hit by itself, his feature only elevated it more.

You don't ever get random verses from him. It's only if he's a fan of the artist. Look how many songs they've made together. He's also on one of Jay's albums. You listed 20 TI tracks. I listed 15 for him. 10 of the ones I listed, you got on your list too. So what are you saying? Only TI fans would know some of the tracks you listed. Lol @ hits.
I didn't ignore your post. I saw you made wild assumptions that made zero sense because you were projecting. You didnt pay attention to ross until after the 50 beef, so you think everyone didn't pay attention to ross until after the 50 beef. In your opinion, ross peaked after the 50 beef (in 2009) so you say I would lean towards ross tracks from 2010 to 2013, yet 25 of the tracks i listed were from 2006-2009
You're not making sense.
Not a fact. That's how you viewed him. More projection. First 3 albums went #1. Trick daddy and khaled didnt have any #1 albums.okay cool, I got my answer without you saying it how old you are....
I’m not ignoring Ross and his songs from 06-08... it’s just in that time, he was either following of trick daddy for Miami, or the fat dude from “holla at me” who was on a bunch of khaled songs.... that’s how people looked at him until 50 cent beef and that’s just a fact
NahRick Ross is to New Yorkers who don't like southern rap what Eminem is to white people who don't like rap.
I just think it was a business move that may have grew into something. Jay was still fresh in his position & was still a top tier rapper so anything to give his artists a boost (especially new ones), he was on it.Or maybe Jay messed with the song and wanted to get on itYou don't ever get random verses from him. He’s not beating TI because TI is more popular.
