1. they aren't publishing any new cases. All the new cases are from people coming back to china
2. people from wuhan are upset because they see infection cases daily but the government is saying everything is under control
3. covid people that are admitted to the hospital are now admitted under a different disease
4. they want the economy to start back up again and they are willing to go as for as to covering up the real infection rates to do so.

realistically speaking a 2nd wave is just a matter of time

While I'm not disagreeing with you on that nor disputing it I was asking about the mandatory vaccination program(corona virus vaccines) they had 30 days before the first case was issued...
