not really graphical changes (those are available also though), but there's a ton of extra content added (dialogue, missions, weapons, etc)
plus if you disliked 3's ending there's a mod that completely re-does the last mission
It's been awhile since I played them so I don't remember all the specific ones I used, but here was the guide that I had saved from before. I used a bunch of the Patch/QoL/Gameplay mods listed
