The MidAtlantic and Northeast have some of the *best* metrics for black Americans (all black ethnicities) in the nation( particularly Massachusetts, New York, and Maryland). Massachusetts is overlooked for many reasons but its black population has quietly become some of the safest and wealthiest black communities in the nation. Anyone interested in the socioeconomically development of black people needs to look at these states
