I'm really disgusted with the media. Even yesterday, even the assumption that it wasn't politically motivated based off the fact he's not of a foreign background nor a member of minority religion is what is wrong with media's hidden agendas and political jargon. It is still an act of domestic terrorism regardless. BBC News had a psychologist on set breaking down Holmes' life and trying to reason this act with relatable struggles. It's disgusting, because as President Obama said, it's "beyond reason".

More of a tragedy, as an American, is that we see this happening more than often and expect it to happen again, naturally; whether it was Colombine to Arizona shootings last year. Being desensitize to a certain degree, we already know how the story is going to go - interviews, candle light vigils, presidential visit and speech, etc. Instead, we should be tightening our gun laws like other developed countries have when they had their tragedies (i.e. Australia since it's Tasmania massacre in 1996) so we don't have to sit here and be terrorized by the thought of simply going to the movies.
