I've heard from separate outlets that a) he had a bomb in the theater b) there was a bomb in the parking lot outside and c) he told police he has explosives in his apartment, which they're investigating now.

It'll be very interesting to see where he procured all this equipment.

Point blank your living in denial. When the perp is black the whole race gets crucified so we are always relieved when that isn't the case because it prevents the torrential output of racism from being directed towards us. When the perp is white he is judged as an individual.

Just on Monday there was a mass shooting in my city and the racism started flying right away because it was in a majority black hood.... well so far the first shooter arrested is not even black.

It's not bigotry to take a stance against racism, ignorance and idiocy, which is who I'm saying I don't want to share a planet with.

I don't think its disrespectful to discuss what happened but yes, the entire point of my first post was that its a terrible tragedy and should be treated as such regardless of any details. I see posters come in like "oh wait the victims were this color? Oh wow, NOW I care" or just speculating on the race of the gunman so they could start making assumptions based on that. I'm like, can we give it a rest and just agree that its some terrible, fukked up shyt for one human to do to a bunch of other people?
