The gun laws had nothing to do with it he had a clean record and bought them legally. A gun store had no reason to not sell him any weapons. I dont think he was a schizo either from what they been saying he was very smart and quiet. They cant make a blanket law about guns because of this one incident its in the constitution and part of our rights as citizens. Besides if someone there had a gun on them they could of stopped this. Remember that dude that shot up like a council meeting in arizona? they stopped him because someone had a gun.I've been following this story since this morning and it's a damn shame so many innocent people lost their lives to this maniac. CAC or not the guy is probably a schizophrenic or something similar meaning his actions were predisposed. We need tougher gun laws in this country. Are you living in the real world? Gun laws don't mean shyt if someone wants a gun they will get one. I rather be armed and Proctect myself against crazies people like this cops not got go to have you.
There is no gun control besides prohibition that would have helped here and that thankfully, will never happen in america.

I hate to inject race into the discussion at a sensitive time but it's relevant and goes to show the hypocrisy of alot of whites. I look on forums and see people are already trying to get into the mind of how he justified this

Maybe he was bitter. Seeing happy people around him making money that he felt did nothing to really earn it in academics like he did pissed him off so much that he decided to ruin someone else's good time. In his mind, "Let me show these people that feel so safe that the world isn't all sunshine and rainbows."

He had a bright future as an intellectual doing honorable and interesting work, but as far as making money? He likely had a very sh*** future.
To me it is absolutely disgusting how any man can have a degree, his own place, and his whole life ahead of him, then resort to this. Even worse are the people that I linked who think he had ANY justification in the slightest to act out in what he did.
You people who go to predominantly white forums like city-data know good and well whenever these crimes happen, they're asking for the race of the suspect/praying they aren't white.
I am tired of these whites bashing blacks/non-whites in these situations while flipping the script when it's a person of their own race.
It pathetic how when a black crime occurs it gets chalked-up as a case of thuggery, but when people like James Holmes, George Sodini, and TJ Lane commit random bloodbaths the media has got to get deep inside their minds to understand the justification of the motive, when these killers haven't dealt with half the mess the black man trying to make it does. If the average black man threw in the towel like these crazies do given the additional obstacles we face, we would ALL be sitting in Rex 84 camps.
I stay away from dangerous areas, ghetto clubs, and suspect people which is why I've never been robbed/shot/in a fight with another black person (or any low-class person of any race). Now, it seems the new trend is a few select wicked white folks killing any and everyone for the sake of bloodsport because some things haven't gone their way.
So now you're telling me as I become more successful, I have to be less worried about "thugs" and more worried about introverted non-blacks drawing random gunfire because they can't find a wife or didn't get that promotion?
