For this particular crime, not other crimes, they know there aren’t any black domestic terrorist groups. For Muslims, and whites, they have groups, work in teams, plant bombs, etc. Black gangs aren’t known for random mass killings, and black men aren’t known for bombs.

I said ONE of the reasons they get taken alive. I am in no way saying white men aren’t treated better under the law.
