How do TIME WARNER, VERIZON AND SPRINT go down at the same down time (Well TWC accidently cut Versions Fiber cable)? 
I can't make/receive calls from my cell.
I went home for lunch no Internet, no TV
Monday Night Football in a couple hrs
but the Internet and landlines at my JOB magically didn't get hit.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Phone and internet service were interrupted on Monday afternoon for thousands of customers of Verizon and Time Warner, two of the largest providers of internet connectivity in the Triangle.
Verizon said the outage was limited to phone calls on its network in Durham, Wake and Orange counties, but users from Johnston, Lee, Nash, Wayne and Wilson counties also reported being unable to make or receive calls. Some users were able to use their phones to send text messages, but others reported that service was offline as well.
Local law enforcement agencies reminded Verizon customers that due to the outage, they would not be able to call 911 from their cellphones. Many counties now offer the ability to text in an emergency.
Landline service for customers of Time Warner Cable phone service was also interrupted.
Scott Pryzwansky, a spokesperson for Time Warner, said that the outage was caused after fiber was cut by a third party.
"Our fiber...that serves customers in the area as well as the Verizon cell tower [was damaged]," said Pryzwansky. "Our crews are on site working to repair the fiber as quickly as possible."
