Read before you react dun.

When you go back to the Symphony, IMHO, G Rap ripped Kane a new one. So much so, that Ace's verse is overlooked.



Bigger than that, after Kane's second album we saw a big decline in skill. Fast Forward to 2013 and Ace has more classic albums

and right now when they on the same track - Ace gets the edge...




So when it's all said and done, album for album Ace wins and verse for verse Ace got em.

Conclusion: Ace has had the better career than Kane.

Kane made questionable decisions after his second album, but his skills did not decline.

Masta Ace is great and often gets overlooked. BDK, though, is a legitimate top 10 of all time talent.

Here's the thing. As a cat that grew up on Kane....I had to REALLY take a step back and look at their full body of work. I think sentimentality makes people put Kane over Ace. Of course I've factored in that Kane created a style that many ran with: Lord Finesse, Big L, Jay and partially Nas. BUT, again, when you look at full body of work....Ace got him.

Ace has a deeper catalog, I'll give you that. I don't think he's reached the same heights, and I don't think he's as skilled as BDK though.

No he's not, lyrically it's debatable but conceptually Ace >>>>>>> Kane by light years.

However overall impact Kane >>>>> Ace.

disposable arts one of the best concept albums if not the best ever.

Acknowledge one of the best diss songs...I can't think of one diss song Kane has as vicious as this.
