Let's not get too carried away, and this is coming from one of the 600 people who bought NSD :heh:

It definitely is. Easily better than Tical and Dirty Version. I can put that ish on and play all day, vibing to it. He doesn't have that one track that would blow up to the masses, but as an overall album, classic - just under Cuban/Liquid Swords, same tier as Iron Man

gave it a 4.5 when it dropped, still feel the same. every track has a worthwhile verse, usually paired with a great beat. the collabs are very high quality

i gave it the same. I actually pulled it out last week and started to watch the DVD.

No said date IS NOT better than goddamn Tical & Dirty version. Jesus Christ man.

You really don't think so? Interesting, because it definitely is to me...and plenty of other people. Tical is and always has been underwhelming...still a good album tho. And Dirty version always seemed incomplete to me. Now it doesn't have a Bring Da Pain or Brooklyn Zoo, but from start to finish, it's a shockingly masterful album...better than those 2..IMO

It's as good an album as the lowest profile member of Wu could have made in 2003 or whatever year it was. But Tical and ESPECIALLY Dirty Version are classic albums that are staples of the Wu canon.
