I need to do a thread on this, since I'm banging no limit classics non stop at the moment, there needs to be a thread bout one of the GOAT no limit albums. Album is a fukkin classic, hands down. Contains so much heat, them beats are raw as fukk & the soldiers get busy on them tracks. I once read an article talkin bout this beeing the "no limit version of the chronic", and damn its certainly one of the keystones of nls reign back in the days. I didnt experience this time personally since I was born in 98, but it kinda became one of my soundtracks (along with Nipsey Hussles mixtapes) to summer 2015 which was a goat time period, bangin "Stop Hatin", "Bourbons & Lacs" etc. smokin with the homies So whats y'all fav tracks from this classic album ?
the greatest/definitive nolimit album ....NO SKIPS...dope beats...features on every joint except one, so its more like a compilation featuring Master P..Silkk on his Snoop Dogg, Chronic shyt setting up for Charge It 2 Da Game some like to push the agenda that young bleed had the best nolimit album...but i feel like anybody who says that didnt really fukk with the tank like that this is the one favorite joint is Weed & Money...Burbans and Lacs 1a
whoever wrote that article was biting me. ive been saying that ghetto d is the south's chronic, and 400 degreez is the south's doggystyle for YEARS.
My top 5 in no particular order: -Stop Hatin -Bourbons & Lacs -Going Through Some Thangs -Throw Em Up -Ghetto D/Gangstas Need Love 2
fiend wanting me to serve her, i said bytch cant you tell im off but i still gave her $5 to wipe my white walls
Too many Silkk appearances for me. He was on 11 damn songs That's too many for me, especially seeing that Fiend was only on 4 songs and each of his verses are some of the best on the album from anybody especially Stop Hatin and Make Em Say Uhh Mac only had 2 features as well. It's obvious P was pushing his lil bro to be the Snoop to his Dre with this album ala the Chronic. But P had way too many dudes and chick that could spit to give Silkk that many features. As far as NL albums go it's the biggest and most important but not the best Definitely top 5 though
