I went to a semi No Limit reunion concert a few years ago that included Mr Serv On, Fiend, Silkk and a few other guys and they put on a good show (except for Silkk, he was disinterested as hell lol)

I was in the VIP with them dudes...Had groupies/thirsty hoes all around us.:wow:

Master P probably thrown this tour together at the last minute without any proper preparation. A No Limit reunion should do decent numbers especially with the cult following they had in the late 90s but this horrible show may kill the tour all together smh.

P's biggest problem is that he sees shyt as a quick money grab. He treated the concert as that and forgot you actually gotta perform and put on a great show...not just show up.

I've always said that P's biggest problem is that he was never an artist/performer, which is why he's failed every single time that he's tried to come back.

Quite honestly, he should had retired after MP Da Last Don like he planned:yeshrug:

Then he came back a year later with Only God Can Judge Me:francis:

Say what you want about Master P, we know he wasnt the most skilled rapper and was a major biter but to act like No Limit was filled with nothing but wack rappers is simply not true.

I'm not saying you...I'm speaking on the goofies in this thread that probably never listened to a No Limit album outside of P and Silkk.

I grew up and actually liked Nolimit. However, we have to be objective when it comes to P. As a rapper, he would look at the music landscape, take what’s hot, and incorporate it. He was never an actual artist, which is why he was never able to bounce back.

He did have talent on the roster, but I think it was more due to the fact that he just signed the hottest artists in the NO as opposed to being a guy that could evaluate talent.

He’s just not a very artistic or creative guy.

I was at the concert. There were many bad moments that most remember, but I think it was slightly overstated. They weren't boo'd off stage, but people did boo several times.

First was when some chick was on stage talking and asking everybody were they ready for P, Silkk, etc. and was clearly stalling before the acts were ready. They weren't 2 hours late, the show was supposed to start at 7, and they got on stage around 8:30 after a couple of warm up acts. At most, it was probably a half hour late because those acts finished up around 8. Those warm up acts were people nobody ever heard of and did nothing of significance.

The next time they kept booing was when Silkk would rap the beginning hook for a song, people would get hyped, then the song just stopped after the hook, and Silkk would just start talking about "we love y'all, thanks for 20 years of support" and shyt before going to another song. I can see they tried to do a medley of songs, but the transition to them was bad. Felt like he/they didn't know how to run through a medley of songs.

Mia X and Mystikal were the acts that everyone liked the most. Mia did her thing and Mystikal came out after Silkk (albeit late because Silkk was trying to do It Ain't My Fault to transition to Mystikal's set but he wasn't on stage ready yet).

They boo'd the last time when Silkk was trying to introduce Percy and Ice Cream man came on, people had their phones out like he was about to come on stage, but he wasn't ready yet, so the song was awkwardly playing and Silkk just started rapping Percy's lyrics until Percy was ready to get on stage. People were restless about that and started booing.

Like I said, it wasn't a great show, but I do think some of the stuff people were going off about was slightly overstated. Everyone was hyped for all of the popular songs, but got tired and restless when shyt didn't look right. STL is known to boo anybody if they don't do their thing. I remember famously booing Charlie Murphy off stage before.

This sounds like an awful show.
