What is the problem here? This is a normal course for divorce, if the assets were accumulated while married outside of the pre-nup then she as a spouse is entitled to half of the assets through community property. The judge will decide whether or not she get properties or the value of properties. Why does she have to be greedy or a bytch for what she may be entitled to?
