In NYC you put your trash on the curb. Trash sits there days at a time. Rats get to feast.
During covid we had outdoor dining, which let the rats feast even more. We'd have rats walking outside in broad daylight with no remorse.
How you going to kill them rats? Hmm?

They need to hire a straight up Biologist/Zoologist to track their movements and find their main habitats and put rat poison and traps. Also need to hire wildlife experts full time just focusing on hunting and removal of dead rat bodies
