I honestly don't know if this is true. Maybe the oils that are leaving your system when you fap are the ones your skin need to keep it soft and pliable. This needs more research.

The root cause of acne is ejaculation. Every time you ejaculation you produce DHT which causes acne in men and later on hair loss as well. However, a single ejaculation won’t cause acne but numerous ejaculations within a short time frame will as it elevates DHT levels in the body. So you need to space out your ejaculation. Like every 3-4, 4-5 days or a week break between each nut. Also the longer you stop ejaculating the better your skin looks I swear. Your skin will clear up, feel smooth and have that natural childlike skin back to it.

Zinc and Water. I have been taking 100mg of Zinc a day plus drinking a lot of water. Zinc is anti-dht. It doesn’t stop the creation of DHT but lessens it. Water, I don’t think I have to say much.
