It's rare you get a truly surprising result in wrestling due to the nature of the business but HHH going over Rock at Mania 2000 caught me completely by surprise. Kinda worked out for the best in the long run with the classic Backlash 2000 but it was pretty mindblowing at the time that the heel went over the hottest name in wrestling in the main event of Wrestlemania

Zack Ryder winning the IC title at WrestleMania. It seemed he was just added on and the main story going into the match was between Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. And then when Miz was on top of the ladder, I was like "MIz?!" but he's been an IC champ before so I wasn't shocked. Then Ryder pushed him down 
and won. Of course it only lasted a day, but it was a nice shocking moment.

Easily top 5 worst finish to crown a champion, especially Sheamus. This dude was having battles with Goldust on WWECW, facing Jamie Noble on Raw, then won a Breakthrough Battle Royal for a title shot, and won the match because Cena jumped into a table. One of the worst spots I've seen, A collective "k" when Sheamus won.
WM 19 is one of my favorite and probably most underrated WM ever...but the HHH/Booker match result was disgusting.
But the PPV had too much star power to pass over other than that
