I don't think so. Just another example of how "clever" doesn't necessarily translate to "dope".
Tsu Surf basically costs too much to fit in the SM5 budget. He's not going to take a pay cut to battle Math, he has no reason to. So he's "Charged Up". It also could be a hint that Math has another stronger diss coming soon. Yeah it's clever and cute, but is it dope? I don't think so.
That stupid cover art isn't helping either.

Yeah. This diss is not a good representation of Math's songmaking ability. All those NYB tracks are fire and he got some dope solo shyt too.

"Hoffa Baby" is one of the best tracks I heard from a battle rapper. I put it up there with "Cocaine Paradise".
