Did you really just turn this into a dealership selling cars

real estate is guaranteed to appreciate you fukking moron
If buy a foreclosed house for 5,000 dollars or a house for taxes, i'm never going to lose any money,
people will always need a house to live in, look at detroit, when the values dropped they are back up and people who held the properties are multi millionaires
real estate is always guaranteed to appreciate you fukking dummy, thats why you own nothing and will never be rich
You keep the saying the same strawman shyt and clearly aren’t understanding... no one is debating that owning a car long after it’s been paid off and running it into the ground is the best financial decision.
HOWEVER, most don’t do that, and for them, it makes more sense to lease.
Now stop quoting me.
You switched the central debate once againyou don't have to be a dealer you can flip used cars the same way
Question who you own lmao

He really isCot damn how did I miss this post.
You really might be missing a chromosome. I lost for even replying to your remedial ass.

You switched the central debate once again
Bravo
Leasing a luxury costly vehicle is the winner
He really is![]()

You really might be missing a chromosome. I lost for even replying to your remedial ass.
Once again, you changed the debate, we are talking about rich people leasing a lambo versus plopping down 500Klmao how did I switch up anything what are you talking about
why whole stance is ownership= over anything
there is no better position you can be than owning something, its called security you fukking dumb ass
lmao at leasing car, you gonna stunt from the summer and when times is hard you back to the hooptie lmapo
8 in the morning and this nikka is heated typing essaysonce again, when you own car it is a LUXURY IT IS NOT AN INVESTMENT
WHEN YOU BUY A HOME IT IS NOT AN INVESTMENT, IT IS A HOME
WHICH IS WHY LENDERS HAVE PRIMARY LENDING HOME AND INVESTMENT HOME LENDING
YOU fukkING MORON
When I buy a home for myself, IT IS BECAUSE I WANT IT, THIS IS WHERE I WANT TO BE, I'm not doing for an investment or anything I'm doing it because I WANT IT
What if you want to paint your car, what if you want to customize it, you can't do that with a lease
if you can't afford own car, LEASE IT, but all means,
but somebody like owning shyt because they can do whatever they want with
and the car will always be worth something after you get your use of it
also you can trade in every 3 years and get a new car without it taking much of hit lmao, so there is no advantage of leasing other than when you can't afford to own
also with a lease you get charged for wear and tear, you can't over a certain amount of miles, if the car gets stolen and can't be recovered you have to pay for the whole car, etc

Starting to see why your rep points are......

So its better to waste your money paying to rent a car? LOLNah man.. It doesn't matter.. I owned a luxury car and 3 years later I wanted a new one.. Its actually stupid to buy a car IMO..
Initially I was thinking we were talking about changing your lease into buying, like buying out your lease from the company and switching to financing. Then I realized you were talking about paying the lease to term and just buying it used. What dealership will not sell you a used car that you leased. You are making the claim, be specific. And so what it I buy a used car? Many people get the lease first because the monthly payment is more affordable for them at the time. Later on, as their situation changes, they can afford more. I chose to just buy the used car because they served me well and had only a few more years to pay it off. What makes financial sense to you is different for someone else in a different situation.
Who are you to decide how people spend their and whether its better for them or not? Why buy a used beater that constantly needs money poured into over leasing a small economy car? And I didnt realize buying an economy car is stunting. So its better to waste your money paying to rent a car? LOL
Some of yall are so financially illiterate

As for why people lease, sure its easier, its also a bad use of money. Better to buy a used beater than lease a car trying to stunt.
Nah it makes no financial sense to lease unless you have disposable income.

You dont seem to realize that everyone has a different situation.
That boy don’t know what he talkin about, don’t pay him no mind,
R
@C00NM0NGER You’re right. He doesnt know what hes talking about. Just all over the place.People can spend their money how ever they like. It is their money.
Doesn't change the fact that its a poor use of money outside of entertainment value, as I've written before.
Why buy a used beater that you own rather than rent? Easy, you actually bought a car that you own, rather than renting someone elses car.
If how you look to others is a priority in your financial matters, fine, just admit you are doing it for appearance sake and not for any financial reason.
