Matt mcgloin brings excellent game manager skills, tremendous leadership abilities and has that veteran savvy. He will be the first one in and the last one out everyday. Great locker room guy. He possesses great fundamentals and will make sure he takes what the defense gives him. He just loves the game. :troll:

I was talking to somebody who worked in the league recently and they claimed that he just couldn't learn the playbook.
He always ran a vanilla offense

Still was one of my favs and gave me the best ncaaf memory before Winston won the title

Only reason Seattle cut him last year is because Jackson was one of the leaders of the team. Good to have a vet backup for Russell Wilson. Seattle only keeps 2 on the squad.

Kansas City cut him because they already had 4 QBs on the roster.

Bengals already 3 as well. But I dont know what went wrong there.

Not saying he's a good QB.

But is he good enough to be one of the 85 to 90 QBs in the league?

I think so.

Right.....but Charlie Whitehurst can collect fat ass checks for years as a backup.

His time in Oakland was exciting for me.....I still remember that long '93 yd run he had against the Steelers. One of the GOAT runs I ever seen. I Never thought I would stan a fukking Buckeye. Pryor had the physical tools to be great, could throw the deep ball, great athlete and game changer. But if you can't put the ball on target consistently and have poor mechanics (yes its true)...Your gonna have a rough time making it as a QB in the NFL. Now granted, Pryor didn't have the best talent surrounding him and was caught up in fukkery in the org, but he's had his fair share of chances afterwards. For one reason or another, It just didn't pan out.

I think he'll be back in the league next year....as a WR. He just needs to continue to work on his craft and hopeflly get another chance to be on a team.

Would I rather have him playing over McGloin? of course.

McGloin completed 75 percent of his passes for two touchdowns and a pick yesterday :stopitslime:

He sucks, and continues to suck.

It sounds like he was decent as a wideout, maybe he'll work on route-running this season, and see if he can make a squad next year.

But McGloin also sucks. What's the utility in keeping McGloin over Pryor? At least Pryor has renowned physical upside. McGloin is an undersized UDFA.

yo let me let yall in on some information that ya'll might not know or realize...Terrell Pryor HAS NEVER BEEN A GOOD QUARTERBACK!! NOT IN COLLEGE, NOT IN THE PROS, NOT IN THE CFL, ARENA LEAGUE, FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE, NOT IN THE BACKYARD WITH HIS KID. HE fukkING SUCKS, ALWAYS HAS AND ALWAYS WILL. DELETE HIM FROM YOUR MEMORY CAUSE YOU'RE WASTING BRAIN SPACE YOU CAN USE ON MORE VALUABLE INFORMATION.

He wasnt good. But that team may have had the worst combination of Oline/Wrs in a very long time.

He was at 4 tds to 2 int before the Kansas City game. He then got sacked like 10 times and threw 3 ints. Following week had 2 ints bounce off his wrs hands. The following two weeks played with a tear in his MCL

He's not good. But if you ask if Pryor is as good or better than the Scott Tolzien's, Dan Orlovsky's, etc of the world.....yea I think so :ld:

Truth is you'll last longer in the league being a backup that never plays than being someone who played and struggled for a bit.

That KC game really derailed his career. It was like watching a young up and coming boxer getting put in the ring with an old vet and getting his ass knocked out. My bruh never recovered :francis:

That San Diego game though :mjcry:

There was so much hope. He actually played well the 1st half against KC. But by the 2nd half.....man :wow:

His pocket presence changed after that. He just didnt trust the line anymore and would look to run too often.
