Second of all he was approached in a park by detectives. If he was under investigation and he refused to talk to detectives on the case he would be charged with obstructing. I'm sure he didn't wanna be seen out in the open.

The transcripts are of his step brother snitching to the feds on what was allegedly said which is classed as hearsay.

All I know is Max took 7 years to the chin when he was younger, got out and got locked up again, still took it like a champ, and then his so called -half-brother pulled him into some bullshyt and he was facing 75 and he got it down to 20 years to 12 years by fighting the system the proper way; educating himself on law and getting a better lawyer than he had before.

All this while doing another dime like it was nothing, spirits stayed high damn near the whole time.
