Point being the Warriors were a great team without Durant. Clearly. That Miami team without Lebron is a second round team in 2011, and gets bad quickly after that with Wade's knee. Do remember the 2015 Heat.
Any team with Wade and Bosh in their prime could've won the East.

Show me another pep rally where a player confidently proclaimed 7+ rings :gucci:

At most a team will talk about bringing a championship home THAT year. This nikka really believed he was bringing a decade of dominance to South Beach and you clowns tryna rewrite history to act like that wasn't a super team. :laff:

Disgusting.

That was still part of the prep rally getting the crowd hyped, ironically the heat went overboard with the prep rally when Shaq came there as well.

The year before they joined up in Miami, Bron, Wade, and Bosh were ranked 1, 2, and 4 in PER.
x5tnjo.jpg

They were 1, 2 and 9 in PPG.

Bosh was coming off a 25 and 10 year. Wade was easily the second best player in the East and inarguably top 5 in the league.

Now Bosh was a fringe All Star and Wade was on the brink of retirement. The alternate realities yall come up with :ohlawd:

I'm not watching a 9 minute vid.... Where in this vid does Shaq confidently proclaim he'll win 7+ rings?

Three top-5 lottery picks from the same draft (2003) whom were also in the top 4 in PER the previous season before joining up. (In their primes)

Wade and Lebron also led the league in PER in 2008, Bosh was 14th.

“Not a superteam”

Considering the trash ass eastern conference led by the al horford hawks and kyle lowry raptors, and by the standards of the 2010 NBA season, that was definitely a super team.

not even 3 top 5 picks could carry joel anthony and the corspe of mike bibby to a ring.

they had 2 superstars 1 allstar and 9 scrubs in 2011 (when they formed)

The Warriors did it better than the Heat. The intent was the same, hence “Not 1, not 2, not 3...”

People on here insist Curry is in no way better than prime Wade and KD is not as great as LeBron. They say Draymond is a glorified role player and Klay is just a catch and shoot guy with great D (:dame:).

If that’s true, this Warriors team is no more unfair or bytchmade or competitive balance ruining than the Heat were, and it’s arguably less so because Wade and Bron are superior to Steph and Durant, right? Bosh was better than Draymond, right? Klay plus quality depth are the only places where the Warriors have an advantage.

Which is it?:jbhmm:

Bron >KD
Wade>Curry
Bosh>Thompson (the bosh going to the heat, not the shytty one lebron made him into)

miami wasnt a superteam? :mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol: I believe what KD did was worse but Bron did start it and Miami WAS a superteam.....perhaps they didn't win as many titles as they should've, but thats actually 100% Bron's fault because 1) 2011 Finals was his fault and 2) He should've demanded Pat Riley coach like Shaq did
A super team is more than 3 players brah. When Bron joined the heat, they had like 5 or 6 players in total on the roster.

this is what it is

2011 wade is better than any version of steph curry. the problem is that wade lasted only 1 year.

Current steph >> 2012-2014 wade

yeah bron is better than kd.

Draymon is better than any heat player besides the big 3 along with klay and they're what solitifies the warriors.

Imagine the heat in 2011 having current green (superstar system role player) and klay instead of joel anythony and bibby for that mavs series.

Bosh/ Chandler
Green/ Dirk
Lebron/ Peja
Klay/ Stevenson
Wade/ Wade

miami would've swept that series.

Now give anthony and bibby to the warriors, do they win the finals against cleveland, or beat the spurs with a healthy leonard?

Anthony / Love
Durant / Lebron
Iggy / Shump
Steph / Swish
Bibby / Kyrie

that's a way different series

He was an all star. Klay is an all star. Dray is an all star. Neither are superstars. The only 2 superstars on GS are Steph and KD. Similar the 2 superstars on Miami were Wade and LeBron. If your 3rd best player is a perennial all star, who made his bones as a perennial all star before he joined his superteam, than you're in pretty good shape. At least with Klay and Dray we haven't seen their potential with other teams. So all their accolade have come playing with Golden State in that system.. Bosh was making a name for himself and was one of the most coveted free agents off of what he was able to do in Toronto.

All good points. Both teams are Superteams, But Golden State is a super-er team, and KD one upped LeBron. Basically Max Kellermans point.
