Even 2012 injured Wade averaged 22/6/5 in the 2012 Finals. The argument is always "LeBron never has enough help". While that argument isn't without merit, LeBron had arguablly the 2nd best player in the league carrying the scoring load in the 2011 Finals, while LeBron played below his capabilites. His ppg was low, his shooting percentage was low, and his turnovers were high. If LeBron scores at least 15 points in game4(the game in which he scored 8) maybe Miami wins the series and 3peats. Samething if Wade doesn't play horribly in the 2014 Finals. 2011 will always be part of the reason why LeBron doesn't have more rings.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, the anger LeBron fans have at Golden State and KD is retroactive resentment that the Heat Big3 weren't as successful early on as KD and this Warriors team is. KD fit perfectly on this warriors team and they didn't experience a 2011 level colapse that Miami did, nor do they look like they'll have a 2014 colapse that Miami had. Ironically, KD has had to average more ppg in the Finals, than LeBron did in any finals in his 4yrs in Miami.
Miami was able to beat that 2013 Spurs team with LeBron averaging 25ppg on 45% shooting.<<<< LeBron would never have the luxury of being able to do that on this current Cleveland tean. To me, that heat team was a superteam.
In 2011 Miami only lost 3 games on their way to the Finals merely on the talent of our Big3. To me that's a superteam. Back then it we all considered it a superteam. Just because Miami didn't finish the mission, doesn't mean that wasn't a superteam. Golden State merely changed your perception of what a superteam is.
