Breh, LeBron never averaged a 30pt triple double in all four years in the finals in Miami. LeBron never even averaged more than 28ppg in the finals in Miami. KD averaged 33 in the finals last year. KD never averaged 18ppg in be finals either like LeBron did. Never got outplayed by Westbrook is the finals like Wade outplayed bron. Still hasn't gotten outplayed by Steph either. I can do this all night....

KD is able to do what he does because he plays wit Steph & Klay preoccupying the defense.

I saw what he did playin with the Warriors vs what he did playin AGAINST the Warriors.

I notice he wasn't averaging nowhere near the same scoring/efficiency numbers.

nikka I can do this all day.

Same with LeBron defensively. His defensive numbers dipped when he went back to Cleveland. His offensive stats went up, but that was because those heat teams provided more depth for LeBron. LeBron never had to have ungodly great finals in Miami for Miami to win. When he joined Chris Bosh and Wade, and Spo, it made the game so much easier for LeBron. Granted LeBron had certain assignments and had to plug in the holes where Wade and Bosh couldn't. LeBron playing multiple positions. But KD did/does the samething for Golden State. The space and pace offense made it that LeBron didn't necessarily have to carry such a one sided scoring load. Hed get his stats through assist, but having a solid off ball scorer like Wade and having a myriad of solid defenders like Battier, Bosh, Wade, Chalmers, Norris Norman, etc made it easier for LeBron to transition from posiition to position. Especially Bosh's pick and roll defense and Wade's help defense. Those heat teams were superteams. Just because golden state did it better, doesn't mean LeBron never played on one. This all comes down to KD's game being a better fit for Golden States system. His game took this system into overdrive. How can we claim the only reason GS beat Cleveland in 2015 was because they didn't have Kylie, give LeBron and Kyrie credit for beating Golden State in 2016, but then not give credit to KD for beating Cleveland in 2017? If Golden State couldn't beat LeBron with help, then obviously KD was that missing link.

Brons stats were proportional to Wade's production in the 2012 and 2013 Finals. Not only that, but you conviniently ignore KD's defensive production on that Warriors squad also. How he would also play the 5 and multiple positions on that team. While KD's fit on the Warriors was smoother than the Big3, make no mistake, [/b]LeBron isn't without Wade or Bosh. Again, LeBron never had to avenge more than 28ppg in any of his finals in Miami.[/b] The production gap wasn't that deep. Without Wade and Bosh, LeBron is ringless and has the same career trajectory as LeBron. Battier rotated between being their 4th best option most nights with Chalmers and Ray, bosh was the 3rd wheel in a system that didn't rely on as much ball movement as golden state. Part of the reason Bosh's numbers dipped was because he got less touches in this system. Same with Wade, hell same with LeBron. But make no mistake, everyone did their job proportional to their role in the system. Just like KD on the golden state.
:skip:

He averaged 29, 10, 7, 2 steals in 47% shooting in 2012

He averaged 29.7 points in 2016 a negligible difference

Which is close to what Curry produced in last year's finals.

Compare putting up 28, 8 and 9 on 40% 3 point shooting to Wade scoring 19-5-4 brehs:mjlol:

Hell Kyrie averaged 29 in last year's finals and 27 before that. But DWade and Bosh struggle 20's was saving LeBron :skip:

The Golden State Warriors announced Saturday that two-time NBA MVP Stephen Curry will miss at least three weeks with a Grade 2 medial collateral ligament sprain in his left knee, casting some doubt on their chances to repeat as NBA champions.

Curry was averaging 26.4 points, 6.1 assists and 4.4 rebounds with a league-leading true shooting percentage of 67.5 percent before the injury and is the third-most valuable player in 2017-18 per ESPN’s Real Plus Minus (plus-6.0), a metric that estimates a player’s on-court impact after taking into account his teammates and their opponents. Only the Houston Rockets’ superstars, James Harden (plus-7.1) and Chris Paul (plus-7.0), have been better.

The Warriors’ offense is built around Curry’s ability to move the ball and draw the attention of defenders. His 1.4 points per possession in the half-court offense put him in the 95th percentile of NBA players, and Golden State’s offense is more than 14 points per 100 possessions better when Curry is on the court. This offensive gap is a bit misleading, however, and his absence shouldn’t derail a championship run by Golden State, though it does make it much more difficult.
.

Now that that's over, tell us why Durant couldn't win with 2 all stars and a 3 time defensive e first teamer in Ibaka.

Why couldn't Durant put his team over the jump when Russ outplayed Wade and Body was hobbled in 2012

you might want to add Blake, Stoudemire, Gerald Wallace, Pierce and/or KG, Joe Johnson and Zach Randolph. Pau Gasol was coming off a second championship in a row so he was up there too. Bosh was definitely a top 20 player in the NBA in summer 2010, but he wasn’t top 10 like these revisionist historians claim and looking at all the power forwards on the list he may not have even been top 3 at his own position.
Either way Bosh was on the same level if not higher than Klay. Facts?

:hhh: Nicca No

Klay is arguably the best 2 guard in the league and was averaging 22 points on 56% TS and arguably the best on ball defender in the NBA

He did that on a 73 win team as the 2nd option, not some shytty 40 win team as the number 1

Klay would average 27-30 on a trash team.
