He can be a news reporter and rap about what he sees in the streets. What he's heard about in the streets (with permission of course). He can rap about politics. He can pen some lyrics about Black scholars, revolutionaries, engineers, scientists.

Rap about being married, a father, a husband, starting a business.

Instead of having dope and gun bars, he can have cooking and finance bars.

Plenty to rap about.

Kendrick can definitely and has been in the past given a pass to rap about street shyt. Now obviously he himself ain’t going be killing nikkas and kicking doors in but rapping about it in someone else’s perspective for sure. Then you add politics, the pandemic, all the social issues going on. Only someone uncreative would think there’s nothing to rap about.
