To be fair, RVD was only there to put talent over in 2013/14.
It’s crazy that RVD is in better shape now than during that period. He legit had a gut and was looking so sluggish trying to do all that high flying offense

Rob admitted in a interview with Chris Van Vliet that he was high as a kite during most of that run (and he got away with it due to part timers not being drug tested) so he probably had the munchies and was faded a lot.
