He could have fought the top guys at 154/147/140 (None of which are at top rank)

He could have fought those guys then resigned to TR

You got it twisted homeboy. Pac is the champion.. Them nikkas over there should be trying to step to the plate just pike Bradley did, but they aint.. What part of the game does Champions have to chase contenders?? You got it all the way fukked up... Also Pac being under a promotional company isn't why the fights aren't happening. Those fighters you claiming Pacquiao ducked were GB fighters.. Schaefer and Al made it their agenda to try and kill any possible fights with Top Rank just because they have personal beefs with bob Arum and they're continuing to do it to this day.. Floyd, unlike the other guys at 140-147 ; could easily ignore them nikkas and fight anyone he wants to in boxing, but he is part of the same agenda as Schaefer and Al.

btw.. the likes of Algeiri defeated Provodnikov for the JWW title..nikkas like you would rather see Pacquiao fight the loser than the champion. This saddens me
