Your bringing up the biggest stars in mma yet marvilla draws 500,000 buys himself and is less well known than Jones . Boxing isn't 90's level boxing but mma isn't even Brock lesnar mma anymore and that was what 3 years ago ?? PAC may be faded but I bet his fight vs rios draws , plus jmm vs Bradley and when cotto was fighting he would draw like 500,000 buys himself . I would say judging how much the sport makes is more important then how much each fighter makes when judging how well the sports are doing. I do think Dana could pay some fighters more, but what does that have to do with this discussion?

nah Boxing will never fade into obscurity. Once a champ or Money man is defeated, the guy who beat him will carry the mantle until he suffers the same fate or retires. and dont forget about the rematches.
But boxing can leave mma in the dust if they can find a way to merge all the major organizations.

Ufcs numbers are dropping too breh you have to admit the talent pool in the heavier classes is getting thin , who's dethroning Velasquez ? It's most likely going to end up him vs jds again in the future , bones has no real comp , Gsp going to lay and pray to victory .

I have no issues with mma my issues are with a lot of it's fans being racist cacs that shyt on boxing. I mean boxing is a facet of mma but I never see other facets get the hate boxing does. I know wrestlers that have gone to Brazil and gotten a brown belt in two years. I don't know ANYONE who has boxed for two years and been anywhere close to an elite level yet boxing is constantly getting disrespected by these guys.

I wouldn't judge it just based on me. From people I talk to and meet, UFC gets talked about a lot more then boxing besides Mayweather. Probably skewed because ufc is pretty big in my area.

Your right I'm in NYC and I have a million places that show boxing /mma ppvs, I think though ufcs ppv cards are getting stale due to the talent . Before the cards were stacked on major ppvs now some cards are ehhh ( I'm talking star power) they aren't creating those crossover type cards outside of rousey.
