Definitely having money flow issues. Investing isn't easy as thecoli makes it sound.

I don't care who you are, you go from making a couple of 100 millions a year to a fraction of that, you're going to have some serious money issue. Especially with his spending habits.

In Monaco with 6 or 7 security guards and a chick. You have to pay for all their expenses, flights, hotels, food, transport. And he's not staying at the Econo Lodge or eating at Cheesecake Factory or using Uber Black. He was probably dropping a few 100k a day there.

All the cars, homes, insurance on all that shyt, chefs, security, hotels, drivers, lawyers, tricking, kids, personal assistants, shopping, flights (he probably flies private). He probably doesn't go a day without spending 50k. That's a million every 20 days.

Floyd spends like a multi billionaire with great investments, assets and inheritance. Floyd doesn't have any of that.

Those big money fights ruined Floyd. It's like them dopeboys of the 90s. Got fast easy money, game went sour and they just can't be happy with a 25$/hr job.

Floyd can't be happy with investments that only bring in a few million a year. Our people just arent raised with money patience. Investing is a long slow game.

A documentary about Al Haymon would be super interesting.

Do a dive into him coming from Cleveland and going to Harvard.
Examine his time in the music business and explain why he got ran out of it.
How did he integrate himself into boxing eventually building one of the major promotional companies.
Explore why he's so secretive, how did a dude who has like 1 picture on the internet and zero interviews form a cult following. He's the first boxing promoter that ever had stans :dead:
I've been following boxing closely for over 25 yrs which includes the entirety of PBC existence and Haymon's involvement in the sport....and I never heard his voice before
i have..he has a drawl in his voice

Did it slip through the cracks or was it not reported properly to Floyd originally? Did showtime tell Al haymon the real number and paid Al and then Al told Floyd a lower number and kept the difference?

This is likely back end money that needed to be calculated before he was paid. If for example you get 20% of revenue and they tell you they made 1 billion you get 200 million. If 10 years later you found out they actually made 1.5 billion now they owe you 100 million more. Are you going to let it slide or are you gonna sue?
This is fantasy land talk. Floyd is broke and been going broke for years. Simple as that.

There’s an Al Haymon contract floating around on Twitter that shows he made 15% of money brought in from a fighter only if the fighter brought in more than $100k. It would make zero sense to pretend that a fight made less money because then Haymon would make less money.

As others have stated, Showtime is a publicly traded company and you can probably go back and find disclosures and other documents. $340 million isn’t going missing. How about we get Floyd to show the checks he was given after those fights?

To be fair the Stans came after the racists started bashing him and calling him the devil for no reason other than he was black.

We can’t forget the Ring Magazine emails calling him the dreaded N word :picard:

With that type of money involved, you audit religiously for fiduciary responsibility. You don’t need to sue plus there’s a thing called discovery. Who disclosed to him that he is missing $340M?

I wouldn’t let it slide but I also wouldn’t let it happen to that extent. When it comes to business, there are costs no one considers until one’s money is low. Millions and hundreds of thousands on ring walk pageantry.

I just don’t see it as likely. I have no dog in this fight and relying on my experience as former auditing professional. A soulless and thankless job.

It might sound silly but maybe he really trusted Al haymon. You would be surprised how many big name athletes and entertainers have handshake deals.

Then why not sue Al Haymon outright as well? Likely because Al Haymon has his ducks in a row. If Al is included then Al’s paperwork would be subpoenaed in discovery and used as a defense.

This is damn near identical to Drake’s lawsuit that got dismissed. Sue everyone except the guy who they claimed wronged them.

If anybody should've been more humble amd reasonable it was him. Breh came from nothing. He saw how his father and uncle's boxing careers went.

shyt he wasn't always Money Mayweather either. Before Oscar gave him that lifeline and blew him up, he wasn't no big draw or bringing in fans like that

Abstract financial illiteracy on a closed forum full of 40 year olds.

The concept of trying to get what you may be owed meaning you need it, not that you’re simply owed it.

Low IQ thought processing. And that’s the polite way of putting it, the other way I could put it…

Outside of the low IQ comment, this is sound logic… Trying to get what you’re owed being interpreted as “ being broke” comes from an emotional and hateful place
