The one AND ONLY time Pac said he'd fight May 5th was immediately after he was announced winner vs JMM3..He hadn't even got stitched up nor had his cut assessed AND remember Floyd was on his way to jail in January(or Feb?) before he got his sentence pushed back...

I dont thing you remember how big Pac vs Mayweather was supposed to be and still is.. Pac and Arum never wanted that fight at MGM which only sits 18k..

HBO's president (either Greenburg or whoever it is now) also suggested that if a fight were to happen in Vegas, that a bigger facility should be built. This was nothing new....

Back in 09 remember Arum and Schafer were supposed to meet with Jerry Jones in the new Cowboys stadium and Schafer stood them up (probably ordered by Floyd) Thats why Arum and Schafer started beefing so hard...

Pacquiao hasn't agreed to anything regarding stricter testing. Saying something to the media and signing a contract are two different things. Pacquiao and more importantly Bob Arum have said a bunch of different things. They've contradicted themselves over and over. Their word means nothing.

Everything in this post can be said about Mayweather as well... They have to negotiate first before even looking at a contract.. Floyd publicly stated "All he gotta do is take the test" Pac publicly went from wanting a cut-off to agreeing to all Floyds demands regarding tests.. Floyd publicly then says "I cant accept less than 100% PPV revenue"
