High school kids in the inner city will make fun of you for aaaaanything. Its as simple as thatMBJ was fresh off of playing Wallace in the wire when he was in high school. To call him corny back then was wild.

No trauma, no constant thought....... instant recall of a slight and an opportunity to twist the knife.......ABSOLUTELY........
Soak in the trauma, breh
And looking back some of that shyt was funny to a degree
I wasn’t the fat kid but a fat kid and one breh said about me was “his big ass be walking from house to house on thanksgiving like its Halloween”
Like even to this day that shyt cracks me up
To be fair Wallace was corny in the showMBJ was fresh off of playing Wallace in the wire when he was in high school. To call him corny back then was wild.
So who version of corny is everyone supposed to agree to then, because for all the shyt you thought wasn't corny some people did........ that's where all the shyt come in because instead of just thinking it's corny and moving on, mufukkas have the arrogant audacity to try and shame you for the shyt you like, and there are some weak willed people who built they whole villain origin story off situations like that and I honestly can't blame themMafukkas really act like other mafukkas wasn't corny in HS.
Especially the artistic ass students.
It would be them wannabe R&B dudes in HS that would just bust out singing randomly for attention and thinking hoes would geek out over it that stayed getting clowned when I was in HS.
Mafukkas thinking they Jodeci with the "Hooo Yeahhhhhhh" ass singing and shyt!
You can be corny in HS and become successful as an adult and you might still be corny as a successful adult or you might be normal.![]()
shyt don't change the past that you was corny before.

With the bolded, you know nobody's going to agree. Nobody can even agree as adults what even high value man/woman is. You gotta try to get to the point where you're comfortable enough in your own skin and what you're doing, that people making comments about what you're doing doesn't hinder you.So who version of corny is everyone supposed to agree to then, because for all the shyt you thought wasn't corny some people did........ that's where all the shyt come in because instead of just thinking it's corny and moving on, mufukkas have the arrogant audacity to try and shame you for the shyt you like, and there are some weak willed people who built they whole villain origin story off situations like that and I honestly can't blame them
Children and teenagers aren't saying those things because it just popped in they head as something to say..... they say it with intent of some kind to provoke or instigate in some way. It all can't be excused as kids being kids because it wouldn't be acceptable to say about all things about that demographic across the boardBut the people involved are not adults bro, they’re literally children/teenagers

True enough if it were that simple. As my man said above us in his argument....... they are kids and teenagers so hire are they supposed to know our find themselves when they don't have the peace in their daily routine to do so without ridicule? With the bolded, you know nobody's going to agree. In high school, we had a teacher that would ask us a question, then when we'd answer, he'd ask us "Are you sure?". Then when we'd change our answer he'd ask us a simple math question and do the same thing. "What's 1+1?" And I know not everybody is going to get to that point, but you got to get some comfortable in what you're path is, that things like that don't knock you off course.
Its 4 years of your life, you really want some randos to have that much control over the rest of your life?
We both know it's a cultural phenomenon of stunting that is widely accepted and encouraged and it's the same type of situation without any of the pushback or negative connotations......... they talked down on me when I didn't have...... now I got it and they sit to see it........ is that a failure in teaching in someone's part and if so whose? If it truly was that simple these type things wouldn't even be a discussion...... it is definitely subjectiveIt's called life.
People will have an opinion. If you let mafukkas' opinions shape your life that is your character flaw and lack of backbone instilled by your parents. Life goes on regardless. if YOU are weak, then that is a YOU problem.
The same way people can consider someone annoying....
The same way people can consider you corny.
If you don't agree.
It is subjective.
You and those people are neither right or wrong.
We both know it's a cultural phenomenon of stunting
Why they should be so quick to let it go, is because not letting will eventually come back to bite them. Your not going to be able to function if everytime a comment is made or that person's name is brought up around you, you get emotional. No matter how far along you get in life. Its not necessarily about showing mercy, but about freeing up mindspace. But since this is such a long term view on things, I wouldn't expect kids to digest that.True enough if it were that simple. As my man said above us in his argument....... they are kids and teenagers so hire are they supposed to know our find themselves when they don't have the peace in their daily routine to do so without ridicule?
And why should they be so quick to let it go if they should find themselves later in life and then return fire when the opportunity presents itself?
