When you sign up for an entry level job then that’s the job you do. Now if you want to work to a supervisor or management position then that’s up to you to work towards it’s not mandatory. Most jobs just want you to do the job and don’t give a fukk if you choose to advance Or not because that wasn’t your original position they wanted you for.
