It funny this happened because my boss just sent me screenshots of an employee telling him how disrespectful he is being.
I actually agree with the employee. If you don't want the guy to work there anymore just fire him but he likes to play this game with people where he just takes them off the schedule.
That's why I stop dealing with employee conflict. If you're not going to stand on business you're not going to put me in the cross fire.
