Dope, a meal for 4 adults (Big Mac + Big Mac + 2 Cheese burgers + Nuggets) or 2 adults + 3 kids.
But nuggets areonly 40% chicken, rest is blood, bones, and connective tissue.
The burgers are made out of scrap parts and left over cow with little to no meat protein.
I couldn't eat at McDonalds without vomiting.
Protein is unneeded. Also, their burgers have a lot in them. You only need 40 grams of protein a day and the Big Mac has about 30. Also, who cares? It's fast food, you eat it for the taste/convenience; not 'health.'
And protein is easy as hell to get over here and the over-dose people eat of it is harming the American people's health. We get it, fast food isn't healthy for you, but it's not toxic either like alcohol/smoking.
