McDonald’s is global. Portions are smaller and food is a better quality in the UK a than the US.

I also didn’t see 64 oz (covert to liters) Sodas or half pound burgers in the UK like how they are heavily pushed here

I wasn't talking about just McDonald's or the portions of their drinks. You can get things like a chicken sandwich with waffles instead of the bun and specifically McDonald's was selling a double big Mac at one point
