Don't be fooled. These kinds of mixups happen at BK all the time, there's just never anyone there to record them because, well....... there's never anyone there
In the end, not only did that man leave with his food, he left thoroughly entertained, with a smile on his face, and without the trauma of being threatened at gunpoint by a disgruntled employee. Now I don't know about you all, but THAT'S what I call quality customer service. Needless to say......

I went into a Bk one day and the girl behind the counter made me type in my own order 
But I also went to a mcdonalds, and the girl responded with " what ya order was?" did a half hearted look through, knew from the jump, my order was messed up.
I parked, fries were cold one of my burgers was messed up, the other burger was just a bun, nothing in it at all
That's why chik-fil-lay > both these trash places
