Breh the shyt was literally my jam for 2 weeks but I was eating 6 eggs a serving. It was getting prohibitively expensive. It was about a cup and a half of oats so about 41 grams carbs for that.
I flavored it with Raw honey...this brand
half a tablespoon cause the shyt is MAD sweet....so 8 1/2 grams of carbs...so about 50 or so. The summer sausage though![]()
