McDonald's got rid of the $1 menu?

its a value menu. Only thing really a dollar is the mcchicken a wafer thin mcdouble with a slice of cheese, if you want a double cheese burger with an extra slice of cheese it's like $1.50. A wafer thin grilled onion and cheddar burger for $1. Small fries is like a $1.35

yea, as a kid I used to live off that dollar menu

now, they don't even call it a dollar menu..it's a "discount" menu and everything is priced over a dollar

In college I'd get 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium fry for 3.24

You can do that in NC. Food costs and wages support that. Can't to that in NYC or London. McDonald is a global company. shyt is standardized for the most part globally. Can't give cook out value everywhere

they need to put in some type of effort to make the food look edible

--- use to be- you could go to Mcd in good neighborhoods and the food would atleast look like they gave a fukk
now no matter where u go, it looks like they was mad as fukk fixing your food and just threw that shyt together
