Some of the questions are logical.

-Because of child labor laws you can't usually work certain jobs at 14 in MN. Most jobs start at 16, I had to get my kids jobs with a youth program at 14 cause not even Ronald would hire them.
-This shyt does sound like they had a relationship to me. The different locations & time span don't sound right. Still statutory either way.

If it was rape, she probably would've reported him after the first incident..

Rape is rape... statutory or otherwise....its just rape on it's own is more often associated with violence...statutory rape is just as bad and more sinister when u think about it: an adult taking advantage of a minor but sadly because it isn't associated with violence or physical force as often as rape; it sometimes seems like the lesser evil, which is beyond wrong....the viewpoints in this thread illustrate this best: one reads the title and sees rape and assumes one thing, once they learn the rape is statutory they dont see it as damaging and make light of the subject....this is the problem, and society as a whole feeds into it...that being said dude is a scumbag and deserves the worst...cats like him are dangerous because they dont believe they did anything wrong cause they didnt take it by force...give him life

She was 14 and raped her once, which means he has the upper hand in controlling her. Her going to his house may not have been consensual and could have been part of the whole rape action.

Her age definitely plays a part into it as she is less mature and has not managed to form critical thinking skills (hence why people can’t work until they’re generally older)

The coli will always be on the rapist’s side until they literally see a video of the rape happening, still a good portion will still defend. They think if the woman or girl hasn’t been beaten until she’s unrecognizable then no rape occurred.
