Both can be true, there’s trash fast food spots on every corner in every urban area, you’ll have to go miles away to find different healthy options, and even the upcoming athletes eat it too, there’s always bus loads of them in there after games.
The point is we don’t need them to keep advertising trash to us we need them to take that same budget and put it into the food instead so it’ll stop contributing to the disease epidemics we’re already dealing with, that's the real lawsuit that should have been filed.
