As a McDonalds kitchen vet, the big mac is just the mcdouble cheeseburger meat(aka the cheap meat) with an extra bun instead of the better meat they use in the quarter pounders. This is probably just 2 mcchickens pattys(slime) on a big mac bun instead of the filets you get in the big sandwichs
