yeah, when i worked food service as a cook, prep cook, dishes, whatever, customers coming back never happened.
when i did short order i was taking orders from the customer and then cooking right in front of them. sometimes you get a snide remark but usually you just make the best of it.

but if someone physically enters the domain of kitchen staff with ill intent...?

so many goons work in kitchens that have so much they wanna get off their chest.

i've seen cooks go off on waiters like

an angry customer getting up in the grill area is getting injured in unusual ways.

Who remember those two dumb bytches who got they asses whooped with a golf club in NYC for doing that? They jumped the counter and bruh was swinging at their heads like Tiger with a 9 iron....

The best part is they tried to sue, grand jury gave them the Mutombo nah, all charges were dropped on breh and the two bytches were charged instead...
