I said it time and time before that he didn't train properly. He needed a trainer. Go look at his workout vids when he play. He had bad. Form and execution to even the simplest of workouts like curls.

And he didn't work out in the summer like the Kobe and kawhi...he was just a great natural talent probably the greatest natural talent ever (next to Dream), which hurt his work ethic

Posture, the long-leg issue and the power dunks probably all contributed to his back issues...I mean this man used to destroy the rim on dunks, especially on dunks where his back was facing the basket and he'd fall right into a back to the basket dunk.
