RGIII, Donovan went through that so you didn't have to go through that. But you didn't listen. Donovan was so right.

No doubt Shanny is getting fired in a couple weeks.

If the Redskins were smart, they'd hire a young coordinator like Bevell in Seattle who can groom RG3 and get an experienced defensive coordinator for their 3-4

You make it seem like RG3 had a choice on which team he got drafted to.

Donovan reached out to RGIII as an elder statesman to welcome him into the Black QB Fraternity. Kaepernick welcomed Donovan's call. Russell Wilson did also as well as Geno Smith, no to mention Cam Newton also talked to Donovan and plenty other young Black QB's cause Donovan commands that respect. RGIII head got way to big and he actually believed The Shananhan's had his best interest at hand. Donovan was trying to school him on how they will turn on him especially being a Black QB and that's exactly what happen this year. The media did the same thing to Cam Newton during his 2nd year. Had he taken Donovan's call he would of known to watch his back.

They did Donovan so dirty and try to ruin his reputation as a player and the haters were quick to diss Donovan and defend Shanahan cause he won Super Bowls. Yes he's a great coach but he hasn't done Nada since Elway only won 1 playoff game in 15 years since winning the Super Bowl. He was the problem in Washington, well it was mostly his son garbage playcalling. The bottom line when someone who had the history that Mcnabb does calls you, you answer the phone and take his advice. RGIII learned the hard way. I wouldn't be shocked if he and Donovan actually will have a strong relationship going forward once Shanahan is fired. RGIII is far from done, he has a bright future but Shanahan is not the coach to make RGIII great. SMH @ the Skins winning the Division for the 1st time in 14 years only to be right back in Last place a year later.

Also the Redskins aren't as bad of a team as they looked. Shanahan jr. horrible play calling and Jim Haslett horrible defense. Once they correct that Defense and get RGIII better play calling they will be back.

When did Donovan ever mention mentoring or mentor Kaepernickel like he did with RG3 and EJ Manuel?

Why do dudes on this forum feel the need to make stuff up about their favorite QBs? Does it make you feel like Kaepernick is more black when you connect him to a black figure that another black figure--RH3, full black--rejects, even going so far as to make shyt up?

I was mad at how McNabb got shytted on by the Shanahans. When I saw how he got treated, I got skeptical of the Shanahans and now their true colors are beginning to show. However, RG3 was in an awkward position because of the obvious hostility between McNabb and the Shanahans.
