Deck and Prodigy are the first two that came to my mind. Even though Deck and P were still dope around 99/00, they weren't quite the monsters they were in the mid 90's. Imagine a mid 90's solo Deck over RZA tracks and mid 90's solo P over Hav. Two guaranteed classics.

The album came out 5 years after it should have... thats a pretty good example of missing your prime due to album delays.
