HIV rate in downtown atl worse than Zimbabwe yes you should be fukkin worried about fakkits :dead:

The issue is particularly acute for young gay and bisexual black men. One Emory University study followed a group of Atlanta-area men ages 18 to 39 who had sex with men during 24 months and found that 12.1 percent of the black men under 25 contracted HIV, compared with only 1.0 percent of the white men under 25 — “one of the highest figures for HIV incidence ever…

Yeah I booked that shyt months ago, looked on eventbrite to see what was popping and realized it was Pride weekend bout the middle of last week. Didn’t really phase me tho, it was my ex gf/homegirl now bday, and I’m taking any excuse to slide up to DC, probably my fav OT spot after Chi. Used to go a whole bunch back in the day, dont go enough now. And plus, I mean if we just gonna keep it a buck, I’m from the A, ain’t shyt I ain’t seen before. Gay nikkas are just people to me. I don’t bash them, and while I wouldn’t move to 10th & Piedmont, I’m also not uncomfortable around them either cuz I know who I am. shyt one of my best friends is a lesbian. And this probably will go over brehs heads or they’ll play like it did, but the fact that folks in my city aren’t phased by gay shyt actually makes me proud, we not close minded and bigoted, even tho we in the heart of the Bible Belt. Locally we call this the city too busy to hate. And it’s true. Folks dont sweat that shyt. Them folks live they live here and don’t nobody bother them. Which is how it’s supposed to be.

shyt you sound like me. One of my closest friends whom I went to high school with is a lesbian and is in the Army and my best friend who’s married to her husband and got three kids (one more on the way) is bisexual. Both of them are my roll dawgs for life and we LOVE to travel. I generally don’t mind gay ppl too much overall when I’m out and about in DC, it’s still kinda weird seeing them have a notable presence around U Street tho. They used to mainly stay over in Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle, the latter being the historic “gayborhood” of DC like how Midtown is in ATL or Boystown in The Chi.

“Boystown” sounds like an area a gay man would invent

This is a hypocritical post.

Lots of beautiful black women in Atlanta are from up north and other regions and y’all never say this but are quick to point out that fakkits are from up north?

:jbhmm:

The first time I went to ATL 5 years back the first 5 black women I met were from 1.) Memphis 2.) Queens, 3.) Queens, 4.) Portland 5.) Birmingham.

Transplants are filling the city, and it started back in the 90's from people up top. That's common knowledge. It's has to be 100s of thousands that have lived or worked around this city since then and a few thousand gays have to be among them.

People are sheep and the word is Atl is a spot one can do your thing and people all over flock to it. Even more gay folks, it's just what it was. Not to say the city and it's surrounding areas ain't high in gay pop.

Atl is full isn't just a hashtag, honestly it's more like a warning. The city is meant for only a certain amount of millions and people will be stepped on in time. Ain't nothing for the city have a spike in murders like years past if the city can't adapt.

Off coarse you saw more fakkits walking around in Manhattan. Manhattan has over 1 million people living there and on any given day has 4 million people inside the borough.

:mjlol:

Oh I see what your real angle is...

You just using the ATL is gay as fukk and infested with AIDS angle to support your NYC Vs ATL theme
:umad:

Stop it clown

You are a HAITIAN man

And the last time i checked....

HAITIANS was the western hemisphere ambassadors for HIV back in he 80s and 90s
:sas2:

also you might wanna stop :cape: for NYC so much considering the almighty "AA GANG" would love to have you DEPORTED for taking up space in THIER city...

So if I was you I'd be more appreciative of ATL considering it has been very accommodating of black foriegners such as myself who been attending carriabean events in that city since the 90s

So please cease with your TRIBAL hatred of ATL....

This is nothing more than divide and conquer

it's meaningless.. A waste of time and mostly c00nISH

now you enjoy your Monday in NYC

cause ATL is not worried about you

And you shouldn't be worried about them

Especially the SODOMITES which you seem to be so focused on

SMF and LAX to VA and NC
When I lived in The A you noticed gay people because they not hiding, and compared to most places, there is a larger concentration of gay black people...

At the same time, you also noticed there was more women all over the place. You can be heterosexual and notice both, and unless you're uncomfortable with your own sexuality, gay dudes don't bother you...

I hate Atlanta and the fact it's full of gay people has nothing to do with it lol...
