1 You're first one is the only valid point. They are and old country. But the rates of ICU and hospitalized in NY and Wash have been looking like the age Gap is a bit wider here then in Italy at the least.

2 Ourhealthcare system might be better off but no healthcare system can stand up to what's happening in NY or Seattle right now. None. The longer it goes the more it will crumble.

3 We are clearly creating our own epic center here...the virus has spread and has roots...the infection rate is so high this simpy doesn't matter.

4 Money is damn near pointless at this stage it's about supplies and I'm seeing nothing to suggest our greedy capitalism healthcare having ass has more supplies per capita then other healthcare systems...I don't mean ventilators...I mean face mask and gloves...

No it is not going to be worse than Italy. This rhetoric that has spread on social media isn't helping. It's a lot to read through, but the Coronavirus thread has pertinent information as to why this is happening to the scale it is there.

People don’t want to hear this but it won’t be worse than Italy because our population isn’t as old/sick. Italy has surpassed China in deaths because a quarter of their population is elderly (65+) and 60% of their population is over 40.

Correct again. Over 90,000 cases in active recovery vs roughly 13,000 deaths. 13k sounds like a lot (it is a lot) but 90k cases in recovery is a lot more. Vast majority of people that get it will have mild to moderate symptoms then recover. A public health response like installing hand sanitization/disinfectant/hand washing stations and temp checkers everywhere probably could’ve been just as effective as a law enforcement response of lockdown. Media ran a crazy fearmongering campaign that essentially forced us into lockdown, never seen anything like it.
