If we went back and looked at some of the best matches in history.... A lot of them didn't have stories... Just 2 guys giving it their all and putting in great matches..... Think early X Division, ECW matches like Rey and Psychosis, or a lot of the match undercard matches in early WCW.

When Rey, Jericho, Malenko, Eddie, Chavo, Beniot, and etc were ripping it up in WCW..... There never really was a story early on but they laid solid foundation with some classic match

Freedom and unrestriction and that in itself will go a long way.

That's something wrestlers trike need and you seem to be able to get everywhere in the world except for one place.

What the fukk was the point of the World Title series of they were just gonna do the same shyt anyway

With talks of Jeff going to WWE getting louder and louder and TNA on shaky ground, very bad.

Again.... faces are supposed to be loved and cheered and heels are supposed to be hated and jeered. One is NEVER supposed to be happy or like when a heel wins the belt.

No... not like or be indifferent... fans are supposed to HATE IT.

I'm not even mad. I myself probably would of picked Spud or even Mike Bennett to run this angle with. But those dudes aren't even hated on as much as matt in wrestling circles. I see Billy and co are really trying to do things the right way by having true heels and babyfaces. I just wish he wouldn't play with the world title so much.

The issues with Fatt being heel champ is the fan are indifferent to him. Because Fatt has proved time and time again that he's all talk and little to no action by failing to deliver 9 out 10 time, on what he promises, in the ring.

Almost seems like TNA felt sorry for him not have a major title reign during his career, they gave him one at the end of his career while they are trying to figure how they are going to stay afloat. This second one is shaping up to be a hot pile of shyt because TNA cant get their collective shyt together. TNA needs to do better by their main title.

Maybe if Fatt got this title reign on his own merit during his 1st TNA run without them sacrificing a established heel character, then just maybe folks wont shyt on it so damn much.

Major *Spoiler* From Tonight's TNA Impact Wrestling TV Tapings (Photo Included)

According to a live correspondent, Matt Hardy defeated EC3 in a Last Man Standing Match at the TNA Impact Wrestling tapings tonight to become the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion.

Matt Hardy won the match when Tyrus turned on EC3 and sided with Hardy, who also turned heel.

This marks the first time EC3 has officially lost a TNA match.

The title change will air on a future episode of Impact Wrestling.

WZ will be posting complete spoiler results from tonight’s TNA Impact Wrestling tapings so be sure to continue check back to the site throughout the evening.

We have heard rumors of why TNA decided to switch the belt right after Carter won the TNA Title tournament by defeating Hardy in the tournament finals. We are awaiting confirmation of the details.

Of note, throughout the entire night, there was no mention of or appearance by Ethan Carter III, other than chants by the fans, after events at Friday’s TV taping.

I’m curious to see how all this airs and if some things tonight were taped to replace segments taped with ECIII earlier in the week.

Didn't look injured, i don't think TNA has a wellness policy. Could he be jumping?
