Cole produces and writes and performs a majority of his music. That's why I'm a fan

Look at the album credits for his last album. It's mostly just him. No features. shyt is as barebone as I have seen in a long time

BUT that shyt still bangs. Full of quotables, throwbacks, bangers, intelligence, creativity, swag. I still think its the best album of the year because of that

Good for Cole. Him and Kendrick from the gate seemed to actually care about the music and express things from a realistic point of view. I really liked his mix tapes, I felt his first album was kinda forced by the label (Which is the norm for a 1st album). But this song right here, maaaann



..let me know Cole was about something and was gonna express it. If you been in that type of situation you already know how on point this was.
