He won't get a chance because he proved that he was a terrible leader. No teammate went to bat for him because he treated everyone like they wasn't shyt and often blamed everyone else for his mistakes. He had the nerve to try and dictate what plays he would run and not run even when it would help advance the offense.

Yet Jay Cutler still has a job even after teammates openly said they wanted to punch dude in the face and somehow this means Bob won't get another chance, but they threw extension after extension to Cutler. I wonder why.....

Because he was able to hide his bytchassness better when he was doing good even though he still was unliked but players can tolerate it more if you're winning. Also, when he was good, he running the read option plays which is something he said he doesn't want to run....go away from what made you successful brehs

:francis:

This is why the read option isn't being run:

Players on the Packers have been talking about hitting 49ers quarterbackColin Kaepernick, and San Francisco coach Jim Harbaugh is not happy about that. But the NFL has some bad news for Harbaugh: Taking hits comes with the territory of being a read-option quarterback.

In an officiating video distributed to the media, NFL Vice President of Officiating Dean Blandino says that read-option quarterbacks can be hit like runners, even if they don’t have the ball. If a quarterback who handed off or pitched the ball is still carrying out a fake in a running posture, he can be tackled the same way he would be if he still had the ball.

yea, they doing the brotha dirty...and people wanna pretend it has nothing to do with race, get the fukk outta here....while other white qbs who arent as good as him get chance after chance, they talking about rg3 is done?...get the fukk outta here....just shows how they view black qbs....they dont view us as qbs at all......ex: this morning, heard people on espn talking about 'cam has earned the right to not be called an athletic qb anymore, and just a qb'...he has always just been a qb you racist fukks.....

also: i see people keep saying he shouldve listened to mcnabb....while true, mcnabb shouldve listened to himself cause he was rg3 before rg3...he was doing the same shyt, acting the same way, etc....when people tried to tell him what was up, he ignored them...it wasnt until philly and wash did him the same way they doing rg3, that he woke up....but the up and coming qbs looked at him as just being bitter, that's why they didnt listen....hopefully that changes with the next group of up and coming brothas at qb....

nikkas here trying to pur dirt on the man's grave....I wasnt with the fukk RG3 movement at all ever since that smear campaign from Gruden. I really have no idea why dudes on here so ready to bury RG3 and now Kaep. Theres less than 10 good to great QB's in the league but black ones still get a short leash and no room for error. Come to the Eagles Rob we'll have u :mjcry:

So. Cal
a legacy of excellent, exciting black players at the most important position in football. the likes of which whoever you root for has never seen

dont need to when we have Rodgers :win:

But our back up Hundley is black excellence so :manny:

But why u want these nikkas to go to Philly just to rot away for? Thats the opposite of black excellence :scust:
